ABOUT LATENIGHTIST

latenightist started in early 2022 as your source for news and features about SNLLate Night with Seth Meyers, and Corrections, whether you only catch SNL sketches on YouTube every so often or watch Corrections on repeat. It’s also an exploration of how entertainment intersects with politics and community.

latenightist isn’t affiliated with NBC. I fund and maintain the site (hosting, creative tools, etc.) through freelance work and sheer force of will because it gives me an excuse to write about something that brings me joy. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading latenightist as much as I enjoy creating it. If you do, I’d be very grateful if you shared my work and kept coming back to visit. If you enjoy my writing and would like to contribute to my work on the site, you can buy me a much-appreciated coffee (or three) here

ABOUT STEPHANIE

Hi! I’m Stephanie Aly, the founder of the latenightist TV blog. I’m also a BBC Radio pop culture contributor and progressive political strategist. I’m passionate about fandom organizing and have advised the National Economic Council on building public support for pro-consumer legislation including the Junk Fee Prevention Act. If you’d like to pay me to write or talk into a microphone — or if you want to sponsor latenightist or upcoming ventures — please shoot me an email at stephanie@latenightist.com. I’d love to hear from you!

In the meantime, read some of my thoughts on fandom organizing in the Associated Press here.
